Banana Bread with a Ginger Crumb Top

3 bananas
1 cup of oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp half and half
Ingredients for the crumb topping:
1/2 cup ground ginger snaps
1 TBSP sof butter
1 TBSP flour

Mix ingredients together. Top with the crumb topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. When the top is firm to touch, bread is done. Enjoy!
